On September 25, the CLO at Fastex Vardan Khachatryan shared his thoughts on regulatory compliance during “What can Traditional Finance Learn From Crypto About Risk Monitoring and Compliance” panel discussion and Fastex’s interest in entering the US market in the future.
Along with representatives from Binance, Polygon Labs, Paxos and Solidus Labs, Vardan Khachatryan highlighted the unique challenges of the industry and the lack of regulatory clarity many markets are facing now. Fastex’s products are built to address many of those challenges and strive to be compliant in these requirements.
In his interview with Decrypt, Vardan Khachatryan addressed the US market as a desirable destination for Fastex, which still is full of obstacles in terms of regulation, and currently Fastex is taking steps to enter the market by applying for licenses, hoping to see more certainty in the near future.
At this stage, Fastex is focusing on the new license under MiCA regulation for the European market, working with many jurisdictions and introducing new products that will shape the future of the crypto industry.
